7. Requirements for persons driving animal-drawn vehicles and drovers of animals
| 7.1. | Driving animal-drawn vehicles and herding animals along the road is permitted for persons who are at least 14 years old. |

| 7.2. | An animal-drawn cart (sleigh) must be equipped with reflectors: white at the front and red at the rear. |
| 7.3. | For movement during darkness and in conditions of insufficient visibility, lanterns must be switched on on an animal-drawn vehicle: white at the front and red at the rear, installed on the left side of the cart (sleigh). |
| 7.4. | When entering a road from an adjacent territory or from a minor road in places with limited visibility, the driver of a cart (sleigh) must lead the animal by the bridle or lead. |
| 7.5. | Carrying people by animal-drawn vehicle is allowed provided there are conditions that exclude the possibility of passengers being outside the side and rear dimensions of the vehicle. |
| 7.6. | Driving a herd of animals along the road is permitted only during daylight hours, and such a number of drovers must be involved as is sufficient to direct the animals as close as possible to the right edge of the road and not create danger or obstacles for other road users. |
| 7.7. | Persons driving animal-drawn vehicles and drovers of animals are prohibited from: a) moving on public roads of state significance when it is possible to move on roads of local significance; b) using carts not equipped with reflectors and without lanterns during darkness and in conditions of insufficient visibility; c) leaving animals unattended on the road reservation strip and grazing them there; d) leading animals along roads with improved pavement if there are other roads nearby; e) driving animals along roads during darkness and in conditions of insufficient visibility; f) driving animals across railway tracks and roads with improved pavement outside specially designated places. |
| 7.8. | Persons driving animal-drawn vehicles and drovers of animals must comply with other provisions of these Rules relating to drivers and pedestrians, insofar as they do not contradict the requirements of this section. |
