24. Driving instruction
| 24.1. | It is permitted to teach a person to drive a vehicle only if that person has no medical contraindications for this, which is confirmed by a valid medical certificate of the established form. |

| 24.2. | Persons learning to drive a car must be at least 16 years old, and a motorcycle or moped - 14 years old. Such persons are obliged to carry a document certifying their age. |
| 24.3. | A person learning to drive a vehicle is obliged to know and comply with the requirements of these Rules. |
| 24.4. | Initial training in driving a vehicle must be carried out on closed grounds, autodromes or in places where other road users are absent. |
| 24.5. | Driving instruction on roads is permitted only in the presence of a driver training specialist and provided that the learner has sufficient initial driving skills. |

| 24.8. | Vehicles (except motorcycles, mopeds and quadricycles) used for instruction must have the identification signs "Training vehicle" in accordance with the requirements of subparagraph "o" of paragraph 30.3 of these Rules. Vehicles (except buses) used for training must also be equipped with additional clutch pedals (if the vehicle design includes a clutch pedal), accelerator pedals (if the vehicle design allows such a pedal to be installed) and braking pedals, as well as a rear-view mirror or mirrors for the driver training specialist. |
| 24.9. | It is prohibited to teach driving of vehicles in a residential area, on roads for cars and on motorways. |
