prevention of entry into a separate traffic lane, while sign 3.21 must be used together with sign 7.9;
preventing access to roads that extend directly within the border strip to the state border and do not provide movement to established checkpoints across the state border (except for agricultural machinery, other vehicles and mechanisms involved in the operation in accordance with the legislation and in the presence of appropriate legal grounds for agricultural activity or other works, liquidation of emergency situations and their consequences, as well as vehicles of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the Security Service of Ukraine, State Border Guard Service, DMS, SFS, Emergency and Rescue Service of Civil Protection, National Police and Prosecutor's Office during the performance of operational and official tasks).
