These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the PDR Test Center website, located at https://pdrtest.com/.

By accessing this website, We assume that you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use PDR Test Center if you do not agree to accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements:

• Client, You and Your refers to you, the person who accesses this website and agrees to the Company's terms of use.
• Company, We, Us, Our and Ourselves refers to our Company.
• Party, Parties, or We refers to both the Client and ourselves.

All terms refer to the provision of services declared by the Company to the Client, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalized and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Unless otherwise stated, PDR Test Center and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials on PDR Test Center. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this content from PDR Test Center for your own personal use only, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Publish materials from PDR Test Center;
• Sell, rent or sublicense materials from PDR Test Center;
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy materials from PDR Test Center;
• Redistribute content from PDR Test Center.

Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for Users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. PDR Test Center does not filter, edit, or review comments prior to their publication on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of PDR Test Center, its agents and/or affiliates.

PDR Test Center reserves the right to monitor all comments and remove any comments that may be considered inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The comments do not infringe any intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;
• The comments do not contain any defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material that would violate privacy.
• The comments will not be used for soliciting or promoting business activities, or promoting commercial or unlawful activities.

You hereby grant PDR Test Center a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit your comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Payments for Premium Access to PDR Test Center are made through payment systems supported by the Service. All usage fees are paid in advance in full (prepayment). The Service functionality does not provide for any subscriptions. The purchase of Premium Access is a one-time purchase and can be extended at the User's request.

The Premium Access service will be provided immediately upon receipt of payment.

PDR Test Center may contain links to other resources that charge additional fees for usage. When using these resources, the User agrees to familiarize themselves with their rules and terms of use.

The User has the right to cancel the Premium Access service and receive a refund within fourteen days of purchasing the service, provided that the total time spent taking tests does not exceed 2 hours after the last purchase.

To request a refund, the User should contact us via email at info@pdrtest.com or by using the Contact Form.

If your situation does not meet the Conditions, you may contact us and we will review your refund request on an individual basis.

The Agreement comes into effect from the moment of User registration on the PDR Test Center website and remains in effect throughout the entire period of using the Service.

To terminate the Agreement at the User's initiative, the User should contact us via email at info@pdrtest.com or by using the Contact Form with a request to delete their account. From the time of receiving the request to delete the User's account, their personal data will be deleted within 30 days. After the User's account is deleted, the Agreement is considered terminated.

To terminate the Agreement at the initiative of PDR Test Center, We reserve the right to refuse to provide the service if (a) the Service ceases to provide the service to similar Users in general, or (b) You violate any of the provisions of this Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by the current legislation of Ukraine, We exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Service and its use.

As long as the website, information and services on the Service website are provided free of charge, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any nature.

The Parties undertake to resolve all disputes arising from this Agreement through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputed matters shall be resolved in court within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policies that may relate to the Service, at any time at our sole discretion. When we do so, we will update the last updated date on this page. We recommend that Users periodically review this page.
