27. Driving on motorways and roads for cars
| 27.1. | When entering a motorway or a road for cars, drivers must give way to vehicles moving on them. |

| 27.2. | On motorways and roads for cars, the following is prohibited: a) movement of tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms; b) movement of cargo vehicles with a permitted maximum mass of more than 3.5 t outside the first and second traffic lanes (except for a left turn or a U-turn on roads for cars); c) stopping outside special parking places marked with road signs 5.38 or 6.15; d) U-turns and entry into technological gaps in the median strip; e) reversing; f) driving instruction. |
| 27.3. | On motorways, except in specially equipped places, movement of mechanical vehicles whose speed according to their technical characteristics or condition is less than 40 km/h is prohibited, as well as driving and grazing animals within the road reserve. |
| 27.4. | On motorways and roads for cars, pedestrians may cross the carriageway only by underground or overground pedestrian crossings. It is permitted to cross the carriageway of a road for cars in specially marked places. |
| 27.5. | In the event of a forced stop on the carriageway of a motorway or a road for cars, the driver must mark the vehicle in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 9.9-9.11 of these Rules and take measures to move it beyond the carriageway to the right. |
