Starting January 16, 2024, future drivers face unexpected changes in the procedure for taking the theoretical exam for obtaining a driving license. One of the most important innovations is that from October 25, 2023, drivers of all motor vehicles outside of populated areas are required to turn on daytime running lights while driving. If the vehicle design does not include them — low beam headlights must be used.
