Starting January 16, 2024, future drivers face unexpected changes in the procedure for taking the theoretical exam for obtaining a driving license. According to the update implemented by the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the answers to test questions will now be generated in random order.
Based on Order No. 3 dated January 10, 2024, the MSC of the MIA updated the traffic rules test questions, aiming to improve the level of driver knowledge and ensure an even higher degree of road safety. These changes appear to be a step forward toward creating a more responsible and informed driving community.

One of the most important innovations is that from October 25, 2023, drivers of all motor vehicles outside of populated areas are required to turn on daytime running lights while driving. If the vehicle design does not include them — low beam headlights must be used.
