
Based on Order No. 190 dated September 4, 2025, the Main Service Center of the MIA of Ukraine updated certain test questions used during the theoretical traffic rules exam. The changes aim to clarify wording and align the content of test tickets with current regulatory documents.

Based on the order dated June 10, 2025, the MSC of the MIA updated the traffic rules test questions, including new thematic blocks on digital technologies and automated control systems. These changes aim to adapt drivers to modern traffic realities and improve the overall level of safety.

We are pleased to announce the addition of new features on our PDR Test Center website that will significantly facilitate the preparation process for the theoretical exam at the MIA TSC of Ukraine. These innovations are designed to make learning more effective and engaging, as well as to ensure users' confidence in their knowledge.

In search of more effective and innovative methods for testing theoretical driver knowledge, PDR Test Center has adapted to new requirements and rules introduced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Since January 19, 2024, the service has significantly improved its capabilities and functionality, allowing applicants to receive more comprehensive and objective testing on traffic rules.

Starting January 16, 2024, future drivers face unexpected changes in the procedure for taking the theoretical exam for obtaining a driving license. According to the update implemented by the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the answers to test questions will now be generated in random order.

Based on Order No. 3 dated January 10, 2024, the MSC of the MIA updated the traffic rules test questions, aiming to improve the level of driver knowledge and ensure an even higher degree of road safety. These changes appear to be a step forward toward creating a more responsible and informed driving community.

Reinstating driving privileges after revocation is not just "picking up a document" but a procedure with clear conditions. One of the key requirements is a new medical certificate of fitness to drive, which can only be obtained after the revocation period has ended. Without this certificate, the MIA service center will not proceed with the reinstatement process.
