27.4. In which place on a motorway is it permitted to stop vehicles?

But the question concerns the permitted place for stopping on a motor vehicle road in a normal situation, and here the rule "only in specially designated places" applies.
Therefore, the correct answer is "Answers 2 and 3," since stopping on a motor vehicle road is allowed only in special places marked with the signs "Parking place" or "Rest area."
