Clause 29.1

The driver of a motor vehicle arriving in Ukraine from another country, as well as a driver who is a citizen of Ukraine leaving abroad, must have: a) registration documents for the vehicle and a driver's license that comply with the requirements of the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna, 1968); b) a registration number plate on the vehicle, the letters of which correspond to the Latin alphabet, as well as an identification mark of the state in which it is registered.

Explanation of application: in the context of the examination question, the requirement of subparagraph "a" of clause 29.1 is checked — the presence of registration documents for the vehicle and a driver's license that comply with the requirements of the Convention on Road Traffic.
