The effect of the sign is not interrupted at exits from adjacent territories to the road or at intersections (junctions) with field, forest, and other unpaved roads, before which no priority signs are installed.
Clause 1.10 (term "Permitted Maximum Mass")
Permitted maximum mass — the mass of an equipped vehicle with cargo, driver, and passengers, established by the manufacturer as the maximum allowable.
Thus, the correct answer is "Answers 1, 2, and 3.", given that according to the definition in the Traffic Rules, the effect of sign 3.3 does not directly apply to vehicles serving/belonging to citizens in the designated area, to vehicles serving enterprises in this area, as well as to trucks with a diagonal white stripe or those transporting groups of people.

Therefore, the correct answer is "Answers 1, 2, and 3," since sign 3.3 has specific exceptions defined by the Traffic Rules for vehicles serving residents/workers of the zone, enterprises in the zone, as well as for trucks with a special slanted white stripe or those transporting groups of people.
