Outside populated areas on all roads and on roads passing through populated areas marked with sign 5.51 "Beginning of a populated area", driving is allowed at the following speeds: a) buses (minibuses) transporting organized groups of children, passenger cars with trailers, and motorcycles — no more than 80 km/h; b) vehicles driven by drivers with less than 2 years of experience — no more than 70 km/h; c) trucks carrying people in the cargo bed, and mopeds — no more than 60 km/h; d) buses (except minibuses) — no more than 90 km/h; e) other vehicles: on a motorway marked with road sign 5.1 "Motorway" — no more than 130 km/h, on a road with separate carriageways divided by a median strip — no more than 110 km/h, on other roads — no more than 90 km/h.

Brief application: trucks with a permitted maximum mass of over 3.5 t (that do not fall under the special cases of subparagraphs "a"–"d") belong to the category of "other vehicles" in subparagraph "e", so on a road with separate carriageways divided by a median strip, the limit of 110 km/h applies to them.

Clause 1.10 (term "Truck")

Truck — a vehicle that, by its design and equipment, is intended for the carriage of goods.

Clause 1.10 (term "Permitted maximum mass")

Permitted maximum mass — the mass of an equipped vehicle with cargo, driver, and passengers, established by the technical specifications of the vehicle as the maximum allowable.

Clause 1.10 (term "Carriageway")

Carriageway — an element of the road intended for the movement of non-rail vehicles. A road may have several carriageways, the boundaries of which are median strips.

Clause 1.10 (term "Median strip")

Median strip — an element of a road, structurally or by means of solid road markings 1.2 divided, that separates adjacent carriageways. The median strip is not intended for the movement or parking of vehicles.

Thus, the correct answer is "110 km/h", considering that according to the definition of the Traffic Rules, a truck (over 3.5 t) falls under "other vehicles" in clause 12.6 (e), and on a road with separate carriageways divided by a median strip, a limit of no more than 110 km/h is set for them.
