40.5. Which vehicles are parked in violation of the Traffic Rules?

Therefore, the correct answer is "Brown motorcycle with a sidecar," given that according to the definition in the Traffic Rules, only bicycles, mopeds, and motorcycles without a sidecar are allowed to be parked in two rows on the carriageway, and a motorcycle with a sidecar in the second row violates the requirements of clause 15.4.
In this task, you need to determine whether the parking rules on the carriageway are being followed when vehicles are placed side by side in two rows.
The Traffic Rules of Ukraine (paragraph 15.10) establish a general rule: it is prohibited to park vehicles on the carriageway in two or more rows.
