orange flashing beacons on heavy and oversized vehicles;
a serviceable fire extinguisher on a passenger car, truck, bus.
1. The type, brand, and installation locations of additional fire extinguishers with which vehicles transporting radioactive and certain dangerous goods are equipped are determined by the safe transport conditions for the specific dangerous cargo.
2. The first aid kit, the list of medicines of which complies with DSTU 3961-2000 for the relevant type of vehicle, and the fire extinguisher must be secured in places determined by the manufacturer. If the vehicle design does not provide for these places, the medical first aid kit and fire extinguisher must be in easily accessible locations.
